  Our clinic is at 1137 Centre Street, Suite #204 in Thornhill, on Centre Street between Bathurst and Dufferin near the Promenade. Most Vaughan neighbourhoods, including Maple, Concord, Patterson, and Woodbridge, are a 5 to 20 minute drive away.
• 2Do you offer therapy in Vaughan?

  Yes. Thornhill spans two cities, and our stretch of Centre Street falls within the City of Vaughan, so in-person child, teen, and family therapy happens right here. We also offer secure virtual sessions for families across Vaughan and the rest of Ontario.
• 3Do you have psychologists on your team?

  No. Our team is made up of Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Social Workers, and occupational therapists. We do not provide psychological testing or formal diagnosis. If your child needs an assessment, we will help you find a qualified psychologist and collaborate with them during treatment, and if therapy is what your child needs, that is exactly what we do.
• 4Is therapy covered by insurance in Ontario?

  Most extended workplace health benefit plans cover Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers. Sessions are $185, and we provide detailed receipts you can submit for reimbursement. We recommend confirming your plan's coverage before starting.
• 5Do you work with Vaughan schools?

  Yes, with your written consent. We collaborate with teachers and support staff at YRDSB and YCDSB schools across Vaughan, sharing strategies, joining meetings, and helping bridge communication between home and school.
• 6Do you offer virtual therapy for Vaughan families?

  Yes. We offer secure virtual sessions across Ontario. Many Vaughan families mix formats, with in-person sessions at the clinic for kids and virtual parent check-ins from home.

  We work with children, teens, and families, from early childhood through adolescence, as well as parents, caregivers, and couples. We tailor our approach to each client's developmental stage and unique needs.
