Daniela is a child and family therapist with over a decade of experience working with children and families. She uses a collaborative approach when working with families in order to foster positive changes in their lives.

Her specializations include working with parents, children, and teens who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, trauma and grief. She uses a variety of evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Riki Stopnicki
RSW, MSW

Riki is a skilled social worker with a focus on helping individuals of various age groups, including youth, teens, and adults. She utilizes several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and a Strength-Based perspective. Riki's practice encompasses addressing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.  One of Riki's key strengths is her emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Establishing trust and rapport is crucial for effective therapy.

 

Riki's ultimate goal is to equip her clients with the necessary tools to navigate life's challenges successfully. By combining evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach, Riki aims to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their mental and emotional well-being.

Nikki Bianchi

Nikki Bianchi
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Nikki Bianchi is a Registered Psychotherapist and MACP (Qualifying). Her practice is focused on nurturing the mental health and well-being of women and girls through the lifecycle. She has a special interest in authenticity, self-identity, and self-worth, and is passionate about empowering her clients to show up for themselves and as themselves in the world. Nikki believes in taking a compassionate, non-judgmental, and strength-based approach to healing, and uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Sivan Ibragimov

Sivan Ibragimov 
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Sivan enjoys working with different populations and age groups, especially with teenagers, adults and families. She offers different modalities of practice such as CBT, EFT, solution-focused work, mindfulness-based approaches and some DBT. She focuses a lot on the therapeutic alliance, building a strong rapport and overall trust with her clients in order to achieve the goal of creating a safe space. She is culturally informed, speaks fluent Russian and has a good understanding of Hebrew.

Elizabeth Warner

Elizabeth Warner is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with a Masters degree from
the University of Windsor. Elizabeth is passionate about working with children, youth and their families and has over 10 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings such as health care, children's mental health, child welfare and schools. Elizabeth uses a strength-based, and an anti-oppressive approach to support her clients. Elizabeth’s specialization is in helping with anxiety, behavior regulation, stress, ASD, couple and family conflict. She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EFT, narrative therapy, play therapy, and art therapy. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends doing outdoor activities.

Marni Reisman
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Marni is a compassionate and experienced Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to guiding individuals and families towards positive change. With a wealth of experience working with youth, teens, adults, and families, Marni brings a versatile and empathetic approach to her practice. Marni is committed to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their unique challenges and develop effective coping strategies. She specializes in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic techniques. Marni tailors her therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs. Her goal is to empower clients to overcome obstacles, enhance communication, and foster positive growth within themselves and their relationships.

Yakov Iliabaev
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Yakov offers his clients a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment where they can gain greater insight into their core strengths and values to help them achieve their therapeutic goals. As someone with ADHD who grew up with a brother with Autism, Yakov can relate to the challenges faced by many clients. Through these experiences, he has become confident in helping his clients navigate tough times. As a therapist, his goal is to guide individuals through a solution-focused lens, introduce new perspectives, and challenge their thought patterns, all while understanding their emotional needs. He implements a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), family systems, and narrative therapy (NT).

Eric Shatzky
Client Relations Coordinator

As the Intake Coordinator for Young Sprouts Therapy, Eric brings over 10 years of experience as both an elementary and high school teacher, deeply understanding the educational and emotional needs of children and families. Also a published children's book author, he applies storytelling as a unique way to engage and inspire young minds. As a devoted dad of two girls, his personal investment in creating a nurturing home environment fuels his professional passion for promoting positive mental health and family harmony. His role here is not just to guide you through the initial steps of your therapeutic journey, but also to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone involved.
