Jackie is a registered social worker and certified family mediator with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through complex life transitions. Drawing from her extensive background in counselling, family mediation, and parenting support, Jackie brings a deeply compassionate, direct, and forward-thinking approach to her work. Jackie is particularly skilled in supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, parenting stress, separation and divorce, high-conflict co-parenting, and trauma. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, child-focused, and neurodiversity-affirming principles. With lived experience as a neurodivergent parent to neurodivergent children, Jackie integrates clinical expertise with personal insight. She tailors her sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. Jackie creates a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel accepted, heard, seen and safe to be themselves.
