MACP, Registered Psychotherapist
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults. I work collaboratively with parents and families to help them better understand and support their child. I have a strong passion for helping young people navigate the emotional, social, and developmental challenges that come with growing up, while also empowering parents with practical tools. I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs), and emotional regulation difficulties. I also support teens and young adults facing school stress, social challenges, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach focuses on helping youth build confidence, resilience, and coping skills they can use in everyday life. For parents, I provide guidance and support in managing common challenges such as anxiety, behavioural concerns, emotional outbursts, and parenting stress. Together, we create strategies that strengthen relationships and foster a supportive home environment. I also have a special interest in supporting women through the transition to motherhood, including peri- and post-natal mental health. I offer evidence-informed treatment for anxiety and mood concerns during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as support for identity changes and parenting adjustments. Whether you are seeking support for your child, your teen, or yourself as a parent, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where meaningful change can happen. Together, we will work to build skills, strengthen relationships, and support your family’s overall well-being.
