What you and your child will do
During this 60‑minute group workshop, you and your child will slow down together and practice gratitude in a fun, concrete way. You don't need to be crafty or "good at art"—the focus is on connection, not perfection.
- Create a small gratitude bouquet using faux flowers and simple craft materials.
- Share easy, therapist-guided gratitude prompts, to reflect on what your child appreciates about you, and what you appreciate about them.
- Take home a simple reflection card you can tuck into a frame, journal, or keepsake box.
- Leave with a shared positive memory you can revisit long after Mother's Day is over.
For moms, caregivers, and kids who want…
- A meaningful activity beyond brunch or gifts.
- A structured way to practice appreciation and connection without pressure.
- Support from a child and family therapist who understands big feelings and busy families.
